My first published story, Motivation, appeared in Chess Life in 1998. My first novel, Mother's Milk, was published by ENC Press in 2005. I review other peoples's books at Goodreads.

I've written articles on a wide variety of topics in newspapers, magazines and online. Many of these are linked in my LinkedIn profile, which also contains more details of my professional experience and accomplishments. Note that due to the ephemeral nature of the web, some of the links may no longer be active.

I do website development, using the new features of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. I'm currently employed part-time as a part-time webmaster at ushistory.org, but I do some freelance webwork on the side through WriteonPoint Communications. If you want a website built or need to make some changes to an existing site, get in touch with me and I'll be delighted to work with you.

I live in South Philadelphia, where I like to pick my banjo, think about math, study computer programming, play chess, and, occasionally, write things.
